Sarvavidya Fest is a platform created to showcase the talent of young and determinant students of the country, where in the focus mainly is on the subjects such as Robotics and Science. We believe that participating in such platforms shall bring the best in every student and also make them good Problem solvers of the future.

This is the fourth season of this Mega event. Last season in 2023 there was an over whelming response in participation, Students from different cities/ states participated.

A) ROBOTICS COMPETITION CATEGORIES

a) The team would be provided with a FREE takeaway ROBOT KIT. Team will have to play with that only . Participants have to buy batteries [ Duracell battery for practise session. However during main competition we would be providing Battery] [ No need to bring your own robot, which will not be allowed .]

b) Team size - 1 - 4 members per team

c) Registration fees per team - Rs 3200/team

Registration fees [ Early Bird Offer] = Rs 2900/team [Only till Oct 24, 2024] [Date Extended]

Registration includes many interesting gift vouchers and giveaways also

d) Eligible category - Grade 3 to Grade 4 (Ages 8 to 10yrs )

e) No previous knowledge of Robotics is required.

f) No Robotics kit Required

g) The last date for registration is 29 Oct 2024 [Date Extended]. NO SPOT entry allowed

h) The Early bird offer price would be only till 24 Oct 2024 [Date Extended], after that the price shall increase to original price/-

C) INNOVATORS EXHIBITION

Students can create and exhibit a model based on the topics mentioned below: The models created by students, can have some electronic components, devices or Arduino microcontrollers and the model should be working model. Usage of Thermocol would be disqualified.

The Model should work on Battery or should be standalone. there would not be any power points, hence no usage of Power Adapters.
Topics are based on SDG of United Nations.

Topic 1) : Develop an electronic monitoring system to reduce food waste (SDG 2) in communities or schools?
Topic 2) : Smart farming system (SDG 2) that promotes sustainable agriculture. How would it improve crop yield and soil health?
Topic 3): Design a waste sorting and recycling system (SDG 12) that can be implemented in schools or communities.
Topic 4): India in Space Topic 5): Model depecting any SDG (Newly added)

a) Team size - 1-3 members per team
b) Registration fees per team - Rs 500/team [Only 2 teams from each school allowed]

c) NO SPOT registration allowed.
d) NO thermocol should be used to make model. Using of thermocol shall lead to disqualification of team and no money would be refunded.
e) Max size of exhibit 2ft x 2ft.
f) Last date for registration is 29 Oct 2024 [Date Extended]. NO SPOT entry allowed
g) Students should display an A4 size placard/ standy on their desk near to their exhibit, with an explanation about their exhibit.
